Welcome to the CAG Hymns App (the “App”) of The Church of Almighty God (“The Church of Almighty God,” “we,” “our” or “us”). The Church of Almighty God is very concerned with the privacy of the users of the App (“User,” “Users,” “you” or “your”), so we state in this Privacy Policy how we collect, handle and transfer your information as well as how you can exercise your rights, in compliance with local regulations.

The User guarantees that the data sent or provided are true, accurate, complete and up to date, and is responsible for any direct or indirect damage or harm that may result from any breach of this obligation. 8. What third-party services does the App use?

8.1 Firebase

Firebase is a Google service which complies with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Firebase collects Instance IDs and other information to help us operate, analyze, and improve our services. 8.2 JivoChat

JivoChat provides a real-time messaging platform for the User to reach us that we use for our live chat platform and its support. JivoChat may collect your IP address and use it in aggregate form to maintain and improve the JivoChat Service and to generate and analyze statistics about the JivoChat Service and your use of the JivoChat Service. If you don't allow this, you can turn off the collection of online chat information in App Settings. JivoChat complies with GDPR. 8.3 Google login

8.4 Facebook SDK

8.5 Instant Messaging Services

The User may contact us through instant messaging services such as Skype, Line, WhatsApp and Messenger. The App may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. Clicking on a third party link will direct you to that third party’s site. We strongly advise that you review the privacy policy of each site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites, products or services.

The User accepts the use of cookies by accessing the pages or profiles of The Church of Almighty God on any social networks.

10. Publication of standards: use and update

This Privacy Policy is available to those who access the App as Users or are interested in The Church of Almighty God’s activities. This Privacy Policy can be accessed and printed without the need to register.

The content of the standards contained in the Privacy Policy shall be adapted in accordance with any modifications made to applicable legislation, the structure of The Church of Almighty God, or to the services, design or technical specifications of the App, or its technological infrastructure, which shall be updated periodically and without prior notice.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by European Union legislation. Due to the supranational nature of electronic communications infrastructures, those accessing the App from countries outside the European Union must also observe the applicable legislation promulgated in their respective jurisdiction, insofar as these are of imperative application.

For the resolution of any controversy and/or discrepancy that may arise in relation to the existence, validity, interpretation, application, execution, non-compliance or nullity of this Privacy Policy, the imperative rules on applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction shall apply.
